BEGINNING QUILTING
We’re here to de-mystify quilting. Learn the basics while making a charming wall quilt using the traditional nine-patch configuration to make five easy blocks. This class will cover rotary cutting, strip piecing, streamlined assembly methods, borders, machine quilting and easy binding. The finished wall quilt is 34” square. INTERMEDIATE MACHINE QUILTING
Now that you’ve more or less covered the basics of machine quilting this is the class you need to give you the confidence to tackle your growing stack of quilt tops. SEASONAL TABLE RUNNER
This season’s table runner, designed by our own Diane Null, will combine a nine patch block with appliqués of watermelons, just in time for all your summer season get-togethers. KIDS SEWING CAMP

Camp Counselor: Audrey Sandberg
Are your children creative? Do they love “crafty” projects? Our Kids Camps will take advantage of these qualities and give your child skills that will last a lifetime. Geared toward the inexperienced or novice sewer, each month we’ll treat your young one to a cool project that just “happens” to include valuable sewing building blocks. From understanding the basic parts of a sewing machine, to cutting out a pattern, to completing a project to bring home, kids will acquire the hand sewing and machine skills they will need to continue sewing on their own. We are gearing up for an “Explosive” Event!
Looking to ignite your imagination? Join us for a day filled with Embroidery T-n-T. Whether you are experienced or new to machine embroidery the Tips-and-Techniques featured during our embroidery extravaganza will blow you away! You’ll take home a CD free with the designs needed to create the featured projects, instructions for the projects and video clips of select techniques. BERNINA National Educator Nina McVeigh will provide the kits for you to use during class! Bernina is also supplying each participant with a CD and the magazine Through the Needle to take home. Sew Much More will provide lunch. Anyone who embroiders or is interested in embroidery is invited and encouraged to participate.
